This policy explains what information the SEEDFALL mobile game ("the Game") collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. The Game is operated by HashCow ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea.
When you first open the Game, an anonymous guest account is created automatically. This account is identified only by a randomly generated identifier. It is not linked to your name, email address, phone number, or any device identifier.
| Category | What it is | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous account identifier | A random identifier generated when you first play | To save your progress and show your score on the leaderboard |
| Display name | A nickname, only if you choose to enter one. If you do not, a random name such as "Pilot-4f2a9c" is used | Shown on the leaderboard |
| Game progress | In-game currency, owned ships, upgrades, items, achievements, missions, season progress, best distance | So your progress is kept between sessions and devices |
| Gameplay records | For each run: distance travelled, duration, currency earned, number of continues | Leaderboard, progression, and detecting manipulated scores |
| Gameplay events | Events such as app opened, run started, run ended, item used, store opened, together with a random session identifier | To understand which parts of the Game work well and to balance difficulty |
| Purchase records | Only if you make an in-app purchase: the product purchased, a transaction identifier, price, purchase time, the store used, and whether the purchase was later refunded | To deliver purchased items to your account, restore them, process refunds, and prevent fraud |
| Settings | Language, music and sound volume | To restore your preferences |
The Game requests no runtime permissions. It uses the device vibration function for a low-fuel warning, which does not require a permission and collects no data.
The Game contains no advertising and no third-party advertising or analytics software development kits. The only third-party SDK is the RevenueCat purchase SDK, which is used solely to process in-app purchases (see section 4). We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Data is stored on servers operated by Supabase Inc., which provides our database and hosting. Supabase processes this data on our behalf under its terms of service. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS).
In-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play under Google's Privacy Policy. To verify purchases we use RevenueCat, Inc., which receives your anonymous account identifier and the purchase details listed in section 1, and processes them on our behalf under its privacy policy. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card details.
We do not sell your information and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information only where required by law.
Your display name and best distance are visible to other players on the in-game leaderboard.
Account and progress data are kept while your account exists. Raw gameplay event logs are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. Purchase records are kept for up to 5 years where required by applicable law (for example, Korean e-commerce and tax regulations), even after account deletion.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the Game: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and removes your profile, progress, gameplay records, and event logs. Purchase records that we are legally required to keep are retained as described in section 5 and are no longer linked to an active account.
You may also request deletion by writing to the address in section 9.
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to its processing. Account data can be viewed in the Game and deleted as described in section 6. For any other request, contact us using the details below.
